Our environmental policy is constructed upon a regular basis:

Continuous Improvement in the Environmental Performance

Maintain an effective operation in terms of the environmental management systems and continuously give fresh impetus to the environment according to an internal checking system.

Comply with the Applicable Laws and Regulations

Cooperate with scheduled environmental monitoring as well as carry through the related controls with a view of preventing pollution of air, water, and soil to ensure we comply with all the applicable laws and regulations

Enhance the Awareness of Environmental Protection

Educate our employees and people in the world to realize the importance of environmental protection with an eco-friendly vision.

Put “Pollution Prevention” in Effect

Enhance the recycling process to reduce the wastage of resource and energy to make the Environmental Policy effective and available within our organization.

 

In cooperation with the government's green policy, CE not only reduces the emission of pollutants during the production of lighting products, but also establishes the recycling systems in each factory.

Moreover, Chung Tai Resource technology Corp. was thus set up in HsinChu factory, supporting the government's recycling policy on discarded fluorescent tubes. Reusable resources like the discarded fluorescent tubes will be recycled so as to protect Taiwan's environment.
